Performance characteristics

Structural features
1. Unique porcelain insulation structure, using MORA insulation cylinder and high-frequency ceramic cushion block, never deformation.
2. The high and low coils are first made of NOMEX insulation material, and are impregnated with special formula H-class insulation by VIP vacuum pressure equipment for many times. After baking for many times, they are sealed with high-strength insulation material for external use and cured at high temperature. The high-voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation conditions.
3. The iron core is made of imported high-quality silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability, with a step-by-step 45 ° fully inclined structure. The winding and the iron core adopt elastic fixing device, so that the transformer has lower no-load loss and noise. The surface of the iron core is treated by special process.
