Structural characteristics
(1) Core

(2) Coil
The low-voltage winding adopts double-layer cylindrical winding or foil winding, and the three-dimensional triangular low-voltage outlet is balanced. The high-voltage winding adopts a continuous structure, the contact surface between the high-voltage coil and the air is large, and the heat dissipation and ventilation performance are good.
(3) Base
According to user requirements with base channel steel or trolley.
(4) Terminal
The low-voltage wiring is welded to the end of the coil with a nickel-plated tin copper bar with a wiring hole, and is fixed on the clamp with an insulator for convenient wiring. The high-voltage wiring terminal is connected with a pre-embedded copper nut.
(5) Protection level
IP00 is not equipped with protective enclosure and is suitable for box-type power stations, power distribution cabinets, etc. IP20 is equipped with metal mesh protective enclosure, which can prevent 12mm foreign matters from entering and is suitable for indoor installation. IP23 is equipped with louvered protective enclosure, which can prevent rain, snow, insects, etc., but the capacity should be reduced by 5% when such enclosures are used.
(6) Cooling mode of transformer
125kVA and below capacity transformers are generally air self-cooling (AN), at this time can continuously output 100% of the rated capacity. The transformer with capacity of 160kVA and above adopts air cooling mode (AF). The fan may not be turned on under certain capacity, and the cooling fan shall be started when the capacity exceeds 70% of the rated capacity.
(7) Temperature control
Automatic temperature control protection system, according to user requirements, can realize the temperature display, circuit monitoring, start and stop the fan, over temperature alarm, trip, computer communication interface and other functions.
