This series of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a factory-assembled (FBA) modular cabinet type with standard modules.
This series of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical steel rolling, transportation energy, light industry and textile and other factories and mining enterprises and residential quarters, high-rise buildings and other places, as an AC 50~60HZ, rated working voltage AC 660V and below the power system of power distribution equipment conversion, distribution and control purposes.
The device conforms to the national professional standards of GB 7251.1 "low-voltage switchgear" and JB/T 9961 "low-voltage draw-out switchgear" and meets the international professional standards of IEC 439-1.

Conditions of use
◇ Ambient temperature: the temperature is not higher than 40 ℃, not lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24h is not higher than 35 ℃;
Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean, the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40 ℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, for example, 90% at +20 ℃, but temperature changes should be taken into account, which may accidentally produce condensation;
Altitude: not more than 2000m;
The device is suitable for the following temperature of the transport and storage process:-25 ℃ to 55 ℃ range, in a short period of time (not more than 24h) up to 70 ℃, in these limit temperature device should not be any irrecoverable damage, and under normal conditions should be able to work;
◇ If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate to solve the problem;

Switch cabinet type
◇ Power distribution center cabinet (PC): Emax,MT,3WN,AH, ME series circuit breakers can be used;
◇ Motor Control Center Cabinet (MCC): It is assembled by large and small drawers. The main switch of each circuit adopts high-break molded case circuit breaker or rotary load switch with fuse;
Power factor automatic compensation cabinet (with manual, automatic and motion power factor compensation device).
Transportation and storage of the unit
◇ The device shall not be overturned or subjected to severe vibration;
◇ The device shall be hoisted with the transportation angle plate after unpacking, and the included angle between two steel wires and ropes shall be ≤ 120 °. If forklift is used, rolling bar or crowbar are not allowed to be directly carried out on the bottom frame of the device;
◇ When the device is installed in place, if it needs to move a small distance, it can be pried on the four corners of the test frame;
◇ Do not disassemble electrical products and parts in the device;
◇ It shall be protected from rain and damp, and the ambient temperature shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of this sample.
