Conditions of use
◇ Ambient temperature: not higher than 40 ℃, not lower than -5 ℃; The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be 35 ℃; When exceeding, the operation shall be reduced according to the actual situation;
◇ Altitude: shall not exceed 2000m, for indoor use;
◇ Atmospheric conditions: the relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40 ℃, and a larger relative humidity shall be allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20 ℃. The influence of condensation due to temperature changes shall be considered;
◇ When the device is installed, the inclination of the vertical plane shall not exceed 50 ℃, and the whole group of cabinets shall be relatively flat (in line with the GBJ232-82 standard);
◇ The device should be installed in the place where there is no severe vibration and impact and it is not enough to make the electrical components not subject to corrosion;

The design of the auxiliary circuit diagram conforms to the "Technical Regulations on Power Consumption Design of Thermal Power Plants" and other relevant design technical regulations, and is applicable to the low-voltage plant (institute) power system of power plants and substations, and the low-voltage power distribution system in factories, mines, and high-rise buildings.
The auxiliary circuit scheme is designed according to the main circuit scheme divided into functional units of power supply incoming line, feeder (PC) and motor feeder (MCC) operation control.

◇ The main frame adopts 8MF type open section steel, and the two sides of the section steel have mounting holes with modulus of 20mm, 100mm and φ9.2mm respectively, so the internal installation is flexible and convenient;
◇ The main frame assembly form is designed for two kinds, fully assembled structure and part (side frame and beam) welded structure, for users to choose;
◇ The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit room, bus room and cable room; the functions of each room are relatively independent;
◇ The horizontal main bus adopts the horizontal arrangement mode behind the cabinet to enhance the ability of the bus to resist electrodynamic force and make the main circuit of the device have the basic measures of high short-circuit strength;
◇ The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for the cables to enter and exit up and down.
