GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V and rated working current up to 3150A of power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mines, etc., as power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment.
GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed according to the requirements of the Ministry of Energy in charge of the superior and the majority of power users and design departments, in line with the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, series, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as the replacement product of low-voltage switchgear.
GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet conforms to IEC 439 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB 7251 "low-voltage switchgear" and other standards.

Conditions of use

◇ Ambient temperature: no more than 50% at the highest temperature of +40 ℃, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (For example, 90% at 20°C) should be taken into account due to temperature changes

1. Main circuit scheme
The main circuit of GGD cabinet is designed with 129 schemes and 298 specifications (excluding the schemes and specifications derived from the functional changes of auxiliary circuits and the changes of control voltage).

The main circuit scheme is selected from the opinions of the general design and use departments, and the scheme required by the power plant is added. Rated current to 3150A, suitable for 2000kVA and the following distribution transformer selection. In addition, in order to meet the needs of reactive power compensation, GGJ1 and GGJ2 capacitor compensation cabinets are designed, with 4 main circuit schemes and 12 specifications in total.
2. Auxiliary circuit scheme
The design of auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: power supply scheme and power plant scheme. There is enough space to install secondary components in GGD cabinet. At the same time, a special LMZ3D current transformer has been developed to meet the needs of power plants and special users when attaching relay protection.
3. Main bus
Considering the price ratio and the feasibility of replacing copper with aluminum, single aluminum bus bar can be used when the rated current is 1500A or less, and double copper bus bar can be used when the rated current is greater than 1500A. The manufacturer manufactures the prototype according to this regulation and passes the type test. Of course, the manufacturer can also replace the aluminum bus bar with copper bus bar with the same current carrying capacity according to the requirements of users. The overlapping surface of the busbar is treated by tinting process.
4. Selection of electrical components
GGD cabinet mainly adopts the more advanced electrical components that can be mass-produced in China. At the same time, according to the principle of economy and rationality, some available old products such as DZ10D and DZ20 are retained under the premise of fully considering the feasibility, and the obsolete products are not selected.

In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, the ZMJ type combined bus clamp and insulation support for GGD cabinet are designed. The bus bar clamp is made of high strength and high flame retardant PPO alloy material thermoplastic molding, with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance and unique structure. It can be conveniently combined into single bus bar clamp or double bus bar clamp only by adjusting the building block. The insulation support is a sleeve type molded structure, with low cost and high strength, which solves the defect of insufficient creepage distance of old products.

Installed in use

After the product arrives at the place of receipt, it should first check whether the packaging is intact, and if any problem is found, it should promptly notify the relevant departments to find out the reason. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in an appropriate place according to the conditions of use.
Product Installation
The installation of the product shall be carried out according to the installation diagram, and the foundation channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user. When installing the tin plating of the whole row of the main bus, the overlapping surface shall be repaired and leveled, cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then strengthened with bolts.
The following items shall be inspected and tested before the product is put into operation after installation.
1. Check whether the topcoat of the cabinet falls off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.
2. Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, there should be no sticking or excessive operating force.
3. Whether the on-off of the main and auxiliary contacts of the main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate.
4. Whether the ratio and polarity of instrument indication and transformer are correct.
5. Whether the bus connection is good, and whether the insulating support, installation parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.
6. Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is reliable and accurate.
7. Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
8. Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.
9. The insulation resistance value measured with a 500V megohmmeter shall not be less than 1MΩ.
